Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I pay for?
A subscription to the software. That is the entire price. Eventa does not take a percentage of your ticket sales, does not charge a setup fee, and has no per-ticket charge to configure.
What happens after I sign up?
We email you a verification link. Open it, and a paid plan takes you to Thawani to pay. As soon as the payment clears we create your own database, run its migrations, create your administrator account and email you the login details.
Is there a free trial?
There is no timed trial. The free plan is free and stays free. Paid plans are paid for the exact term you choose, and each term has a price shown on this page.
Whose payment account collects my ticket money?
Yours. You enter your own Thawani keys in your dashboard and ticket payments are charged and settled through your account. Eventa never holds or moves your takings.
